We don’t just build.
We ask why.
Research here means reading carefully, testing honestly and writing down what we actually found — including when the answer is that we were wrong. No result below is published, peer-reviewed or established.
What do quantum approaches to establishing a shared secret actually guarantee, under which assumptions, and where do those assumptions break?
Classical key exchange rests on problems believed to be computationally hard. That belief is an assumption about the state of the art, not a proof.
Quantum approaches replace the computational assumption with a physical one — that measurement disturbs the system being measured, and that disturbance is detectable.
The literature is mature in places and contested in others. Our first job is to read it accurately rather than to add to it.

The entry requirement for the reading group is being willing to read something difficult twice and then explain it to people who will disagree with your reading.
Everything else — the methodology, the simulation work, the writing — is learned by doing it badly first, which is what the group is for.
